Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Numera (numeraapp.com) and any related features, content, and services (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Numera — including by creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing report credits — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Description of the Service

Numera is a numerology and self-reflection application that brings several traditions together in one place. Depending on your plan, the Service may include:

  • Core numerology calculations across Pythagorean, Chaldean, Kabbalistic, and Chinese traditions
  • Gematria, the Lo Shu grid, the Chinese zodiac, feng shui, and angel-number guidance
  • AI-generated “Sacred Reports” that interpret your chart in long form
  • Daily and weekly guidance, saved readings, and related reflective tools

We may add, change, or remove features over time as the Service evolves.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time.

You must be at least [confirm age requirement] years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Numera offers a Premium subscription on a monthly or yearly basis, as well as one-time purchases of report credits (sold individually or in packs). Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

  • Subscriptions. Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; when you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again after that.
  • Included reports. An active Premium subscription includes a set number of Sacred Reports each month (currently three). Any report credits you have purchased are used before your monthly included reports.
  • Report credits. Report credits are a one-time purchase and do not expire on a fixed schedule. If a report fails to generate, the credit or monthly report used for that attempt is automatically returned to your account.
  • Price changes. We may change prices prospectively; any change applies to future billing periods, not to a period you have already paid for.

Refunds. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not retroactively refund or pro-rate the current billing period. Report credits are non-refundable once they have been granted to your account, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service except as expressly permitted
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our permission
  • Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and the calculation and interpretation content we provide, is owned by Numera or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the information you provide (such as your name and birth date) and of reports generated for you; you are responsible for how you use them.

7. Disclaimers

Numera provides numerology and related content for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Numera and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. [confirm governing jurisdiction]
